Debbie Ingrao, Owner

Debbie started her career as a makeup artist for six years with Estée Lauder Cosmetics. Her extensive training has served her well working as a makeup artist on numerous photo shoots. Debbie's hair stylist career began in 1999 first as an apprentice and ultimately as a stylist at Baltimore's Studio 1612. Her experience has been enhanced with numerous classes and seminars with some of the most elite stylists in the business. Among them are Robert Cromeans (of John Paul Mitchell), Michael O'Rourke (of Sexy Hair), and Masaki Inoue (of J Beverly Hills). Recently she completed a two-day intensive cutting course in Beverly Hills, CA. Debbie takes great pride in her work — she is a dynamic, fun stylist who takes the time to get to know all her clients. In addition to her achievement of opening Scene 217 Salon, she is the proud wife of Richard Ingrao and mother to their two beautiful children.

Cerissa McKinley, Stylist & Makeup Artist

Cerissa graduated from The Frederick School of Cosmetology in February 2008, and has subsequently taken classes with many successful artists in the industry including celebrity stylist Oribe Cannalas and Wella's Terri Dougherty. This motivated her to become an educator, and in May 2010 Cerissa joined the J. Beverly Hills education team. With a background in musical theatre, Cerissa enjoys all things artistic — she has participated in many photo shoots, and recently became Scene 217's Creative Director. Hair and Makeup is truly Cerissa's passion, and she loves creating an individual look for every client.

Randi Gordon, Senior Stylist

Randi has been a stylist for 23 years. Her resume includes Lola, Inc., Studio 1612, and now she is a member of the Scene 217 family. Randi has had a proven long-lasting relationship with her clients for over 20 years. She is her own best client — keeping pace with ever-changing styles — on herself! Randi has always had a passion for hair, from french braiding everyone's hair at sleepover camp, to cutting her Grandmother's hair at age 12. She loves interior design, throwing parties, and has a great eye for color and balance.
