Debbie Ingrao, Owner
Debbie started her career as a makeup artist for six years with Estée Lauder Cosmetics. Her extensive training has served her well working as a makeup artist on numerous photo shoots, and she now applies her training to do makeup for bridal clients at Scene 217.
Debbie's hair stylist career began in 1999 first as an apprentice and ultimately as a stylist at Baltimore's Studio 1612. Her experience has been enhanced with numerous classes and seminars with some of the most elite stylists in the business. Among them are Robert Cromeans (of John Paul Mitchell), Michael O'Rourke (of Sexy Hair), and Masaki Inoue (of J Beverly Hills). Recently she completed a two-day intensive cutting course in Beverly Hills, California.
Debbie takes great pride in her work — she is a dynamic, fun stylist who takes the time to get to know all her clients. In addition to her achievement of opening Scene 217 Salon, she is the proud wife of Richard Ingrao and mother to their two beautiful children.
